I have been a counselor for 17 years, but did not set out to become a counselor. Does anyone? Counseling found me and for that, I am deeply grateful. 

I specialize in chronic, developmental, and relational trauma, sex and intimacy issues. My certifications include Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level 2, and Neuropsychology Therapy Certificate. In addition, I am a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist. 

My experience is in residential and outpatient settings, having worked with children from age 5-12, teenagers ages 13-19, and adults 19-90. I have worked with sex trafficked survivors, drug and alcohol abuse, prison trauma and abuse, military trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexual trauma, sex and intimacy issues, and more. 

I have worked with various cultures including Native Alaskans and their respective tribes, Asians, Hispanic and Mexican, Puerto Rican, Brazilian, India Cultures, Caucasian, Native American, and others.
